US spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted nearly $1 billion in net inflows on Monday, marking their strongest trading day of 2026. The surge came as Bitcoin briefly climbed above $87,000.

Bitcoin ETF Inflows Reach 2026 High

US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded $998.9 million in daily net inflows on Monday, according to SoSoValue data.

The figure easily surpassed the previous 2026 record of $844 million, which was set on Jan. 14.

Monday’s inflows were also the highest since Oct. 6, 2025. On that day, US spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted more than $1.2 billion.

Despite the latest surge in demand, the funds remain in negative territory for the year. US spot Bitcoin ETFs have recorded approximately $464 million in net outflows so far in 2026.

BlackRock Leads Bitcoin ETF Inflows

BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) recorded the largest inflow on Monday, attracting approximately $381 million.

The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF (ARKB) followed with $289 million in inflows. Meanwhile, Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) added around $239 million, according to Farside Investors data.

The strong numbers suggest renewed investor interest in spot Bitcoin ETFs as Bitcoin prices continue to recover.

Bitcoin Briefly Breaks Above $87,000

Bitcoin was trading at around $85,430 at the time of publication, gaining 4.7% over the previous 24 hours.

The cryptocurrency was also up 12.3% over the past month and briefly climbed above $87,200 on Monday, according to CoinGecko.

The move brought Bitcoin back above an important long-term technical level.

CryptoQuant analyst Julio Moreno said Bitcoin had moved above its 365-day moving average. He described the breakout as the final signal needed to confirm a new bull market.

Ether ETFs Record Strongest Inflows of 2026

Bitcoin ETFs were not the only crypto investment products to see stronger demand.

US spot Ether ETFs attracted approximately $270 million in net inflows on Monday. This marked their largest single-day inflow of 2026.

US spot XRP ETFs, meanwhile, recorded no net flows during the session. Their cumulative net inflows remained at approximately $1.71 billion.

The latest ETF data comes as crypto markets regain momentum, with Bitcoin’s price recovery and rising institutional inflows drawing renewed attention from investors.
