German Producer Prices Rise in May
German producer prices increased by 2.2% year-on-year in May, according to data published on Friday by Germany’s Federal Statistical Office.
However, the latest figure came in below market expectations. Economists had forecast that German producer prices would rise by 2.5% during the month.
