German producer prices in Germany fell by 2.5% year-on-year in December, according to figures published on Tuesday by the country’s federal statistics office, Destatis.
The annual decline was slightly steeper than market expectations, as economists surveyed in a Reuters poll had forecast a 2.4% decrease.
