Binance has expanded its futures platform by launching perpetual contracts linked to Strategy’s STRC preferred stock and Take-Two Interactive, the publisher behind the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6.

The announcement comes as both STRC and Take-Two shares attract increased investor attention.

Binance Expands Its Stock Perpetual Futures Offering

Binance Futures announced on July 2 that traders can now access perpetual contracts tied to Strategy’s STRC shares and Take-Two Interactive stock, which trades under the ticker TTWO.

The products form part of Binance’s broader effort to expand its selection of equity-linked perpetual futures.

These contracts allow cryptocurrency traders to gain exposure to traditional financial assets without purchasing the underlying shares through a conventional brokerage account.

Contracts Offer Up to 25x Leverage

The new STRC and TTWO perpetual futures contracts will be settled in USDT.

Binance will also allow traders to use maximum leverage of up to 25x. However, leverage can significantly increase both potential profits and losses.

According to the exchange, the listings are designed to provide users with more trading options and improve the overall Binance Futures experience.

Unlike traditional stock markets, perpetual futures can generally be traded around the clock. This gives users greater flexibility when managing positions linked to publicly traded companies.

Binance Adds More Equity-Linked Contracts

Strategy and Take-Two Interactive were not the only assets added to Binance’s growing perpetual futures platform.

The exchange also introduced contracts linked to several other companies and investment products, including:

  • Caterpillar
  • Texas Instruments
  • Flex
  • Teradyne
  • Bending Spoons
  • KraneShares SSE STAR Market 50 Index ETF

The additions highlight Binance’s attempt to connect cryptocurrency trading infrastructure with traditional stock-market exposure.

STRC Stock Rises Following Strategy Updates

Strategy’s STRC preferred stock has recorded strong gains following several important announcements from the company.

Strategy recently increased its U.S. dollar reserve to approximately $2.55 billion. The company also announced a potential MSTR share buyback and raised STRC’s dividend rate to 12%.

These developments helped STRC stock close Wednesday’s trading session 3.06% higher at $87.46.

The preferred shares have gained more than 18% over the past week. STRC also advanced approximately 1.87% during Thursday’s premarket trading session.

Despite the recent increase, STRC continues to trade below its $100 par value. Reaching that level is important because it may affect Strategy’s ability to issue additional shares and use the proceeds for further Bitcoin purchases.

Trading activity has also remained relatively limited, with approximately 2.7 million shares changing hands.

Take-Two Stock Gains Ahead of GTA 6

Take-Two Interactive has also attracted substantial attention as anticipation builds around Grand Theft Auto 6.

TTWO stock ended Wednesday’s session at $250.32, representing a gain of approximately 0.14%. The shares then increased by another 0.15% during Thursday’s premarket trading.

Take-Two stock has climbed more than 19% over the past week, reflecting strong investor interest in the company and its upcoming game releases.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently scheduled for release on November 19. Expectations surrounding the game have created significant excitement among players and investors.

The strong performance of TTWO shares may have contributed to Binance’s decision to introduce a perpetual futures contract linked to the stock.

Binance Connects Crypto Traders With Traditional Markets

The latest listings reflect the growing demand for products that combine cryptocurrency trading with exposure to traditional financial assets.

By introducing equity-linked perpetual futures, Binance allows users to trade price movements connected to companies such as Strategy and Take-Two Interactive without directly owning their shares.

However, these contracts do not provide the same rights as traditional stock ownership. Traders generally do not receive voting rights or direct dividend payments from the underlying companies.

The availability of up to 25x leverage also makes the products significantly riskier than simply purchasing shares.
