German Import Prices Fall 1.1% Year-on-Year in May

Germany’s import prices fell by 1.1% year-over-year in May, according to data released by the statistics office on Monday.

The decline was steeper than expected, as analysts surveyed by Reuters had forecast a 0.8% drop.
