Details on the XRP and Solana Futures ETFs

According to the product page, CME Group intends to launch these futures ETFs on February 10, contingent upon regulatory approval. The offerings include four distinct products:

  1. SOL Futures – Ticker: “SOL,” with a contract size of 500 SOL.
  2. Micro SOL Futures – Ticker: “MSL,” featuring a smaller contract size of 25 SOL.
  3. XRP Futures – Ticker: “XRP,” with a contract size of 50,000 XRP.
  4. Micro XRP Futures – Ticker: “MXP,” offering a reduced contract size of 2,500 XRP.

The announcement comes amid optimistic expectations that the U.S. SEC will approve Solana and XRP ETFs this year.
