Binance Finalizes DAR Token Swap and Dar Network Rebranding

Binance completed the DAR token swap and rebrand to “D” following the Dar Open Network’s rebranding. The process began in December 2024, with spot trading pairs such as DAR/USDT delisted by January 6, 2025. As of January 9, 2025, users can trade the new pairs D/USDT and D/TRY, with deposits and withdrawals enabled. Binance’s support significantly boosts D token adoption, similar to exchanges like Bitget and Crypto.com, which also backed the rebranding.

The D token serves multiple roles within the Dar Open Network, such as staking and governance. Self-custodial wallet users can swap via a migration portal, while exchange users benefit from automatic conversion. All staked DAR tokens convert seamlessly, with tokenomics updates affecting ERC-20 and BEP-20 ratios, though the total supply remains unchanged.
