Cryptocurrency analyst Levi Rietveld has suggested that XRP could potentially reach $100, drawing inspiration from Michael Saylor’s bold prediction for Bitcoin. Saylor, chairman of MicroStrategy, forecasts that Bitcoin could hit $13 million per coin, with the assumption that it will represent 7% of global capital within 21 years.

Rietveld’s analysis proposes that XRP could see similar growth to Bitcoin’s projected 20,300% increase. This parallels Saylor’s belief in Bitcoin’s future as a dominant, non-sovereign asset, free from government risks.

Saylor recently stated in an interview that Bitcoin’s unique position could drive its massive value increase, sparking discussions across the crypto community. Based on this, Rietveld extrapolates that XRP, due to its liquidity provision and ability to fill gaps in the market, could experience a corresponding surge in value.

Currently, XRP trades at about $0.580, meaning it would need an extraordinary increase to hit $100. Rietveld’s projection assumes Bitcoin will reach its $13 million forecast and that XRP would follow a similar trajectory, potentially reaching $118. However, this depends on several factors, including Bitcoin maintaining market dominance and the cryptocurrency market expanding beyond $546 trillion.

While Saylor’s timeline for Bitcoin’s growth stretches to 2045, some in the XRP community speculate that XRP could achieve the $100 mark much sooner, possibly within the next year. It’s important to remember that these projections are speculative and hinge on long-term market trends.
