Oracle Strengthens AI Leadership with Full-Stack Innovation, Says Mizuho

Oracle’s latest announcements at AI World in Las Vegas have reinforced its position as a leader in full-stack AI strategy, according to Mizuho. The firm maintained an Outperform rating on Oracle and set a $350 price target, reflecting continued confidence in the company’s long-term growth.

Mizuho highlighted that Oracle introduced one of its most comprehensive sets of AI-driven updates across its database, cloud, and applications portfolio. The updates support the idea that Oracle’s full-stack approach is uniquely positioned to benefit from enterprise AI adoption.

The firm emphasized that enterprise AI integration will likely unfold over the next decade, and this long-term trend is not yet fully priced into Wall Street estimates.

One of the most notable launches was the AI Database 26ai, a next-generation database that includes vector search, in-database agents, and private LLM containers. These features effectively turn Oracle’s database into an AI-native platform.

According to Mizuho, this AI-focused database could see strong enterprise adoption and potentially deliver a 4–5x revenue uplift.

Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison said the company operates “at the intersection of AI and enterprise data.” He noted that while most large language models (LLMs) rely on public datasets, Oracle’s database and OCI infrastructure enable enterprises to apply AI securely to their proprietary data. Ellison described this capability as “a major unlock” for businesses that want domain-specific insights without compromising data control.

Mizuho also pointed to growing optimism among Oracle’s partners, citing the company’s heavy investment in multi-cloud and distributed cloud solutions. The firm concluded that these advancements strengthen Oracle’s position as a key provider of unified cloud architecture optimized for AI, and improve its competitiveness across the Fusion applications ecosystem.
