Trump Media Files for Five New ETFs with SEC
Trump Media and Technology Group announced on Wednesday that it has filed applications for five new exchange-traded funds (ETFs) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Building on Earlier ETF Filings
The filings, submitted by Yorkville America Equities on behalf of Trump Media, follow earlier requests for ETFs linked to digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
According to the company, the new ETFs will carry an America First theme and will be marketed under the collective brand name “Truth Social Funds.”
Details of the New Funds
The five thematic ETFs include:
- Truth Social American Icons ETF
- American Security & Defense ETF
- American Next Frontiers ETF
- American Energy Security ETF
- American Red State REITs ETF
Launch and Management
These ETFs are expected to launch later this year, with shares listed on NYSE Arca. The company did not disclose details about the proposed management fees.
Yorkville America Equities will act as the sponsor and serve as the registered investment adviser for the new funds.
