Mitsubishi Motors is recalling 91,697 Outlander and Outlander Plug-in Hybrid SUVs in the United States due to a rear hatch safety risk, according to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Officials warned that the rear hatch could fall unexpectedly, creating a potential hazard for drivers and passengers.
