Canadian Home Sales Rise in July, Annual Growth at 6.6%
Canadian home sales rose 3.8% in July compared to the previous month, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Sales were also 6.6% higher than in July 2024.
The Home Price Index remained unchanged from June. However, it recorded a 3.4% year-over-year decline.
The national average home price in Canada posted a modest 0.6% increase compared to the same month last year.
