Germany’s inflation rate slowed to 2.0% in June, the federal statistics agency confirmed on Thursday.
Consumer prices, adjusted to align with EU-wide standards, had increased by 2.1% year-on-year in May.
The newly released data confirms the preliminary June estimates, indicating a modest decline in the inflation rate.
